Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
At Itjima Style, your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict returns and refund policy:
At this time all sales are final on any skincare care product purchased, professional or commercial.

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any skincare products, whether professional or commercial. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of the products we provide.

Gift Card or Store Credit: If you are not satisfied with your purchase send us an email and you may receive a gift card or store credit for the amount of the product(s) mentioned

Refund/Return Eligibility & Process:
- Orders are processed every 2 business days starting Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays to allow for changes and cancellations.Here are the next steps and options after being processed
- To initiate a return, please contact us at itjimastyle@gmail.com. Returns must be sent back to the supplier in South Korea at the customer’s expense.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If a refund is approved, please note that it may take 20-30 days to process because the products must be shipped back to the supplier in South Korea at the buyer's expense.
- Once the supplier has approved the return, a refund will be issued, which may take an additional 7-14 business days to process. The total expected time for a refund is approximately 30-45 days.

Eligibility for Return:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note: we film the packaging process for every order to ensure quality on the supplier's end.
Skincare Consultations
To help you make informed purchasing decisions, we offer skincare consultations. These consultations are designed to help reduce overwhelm and buff returns providing tailored product recommendations.
Please note that the consultations are advisory and Itjima Style is not responsible if you do not like the suggested product upon usage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the next course of action.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10- 21 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
